Jaime Crowley, newly appointed Vice Principal at Rogers, lost his courageous battle with leukemia on February 15, 2018. Jaime was a loving husband, father and a devoted educator.
Jaime was a graduate of Middletown High School. He graduated from Boston College and Boston University with a Master's in administration. He started his teaching career in North Smithfield, RI in 1996, moved to Mt. Hope in Bristol, RI, where he spent 14 years as a teacher, Department Chair, and Assistant Principal.
In 2011, he became Principal at Thompson Middle School in Newport. While at TMS he received many deserved awards including the infamous Milken Educator Award and Principal of the Year Award.
He will be missed by all who knew him, especially, all the students whose lives he touched.
